We were so excited to see so many of you at our Back to School Bash. If you were unable to attend, you may pick up your resource binder at VRC from 6- 7pm on Monday. Syllabi
The link above has all of the syllabi (to date). More will be uploaded. We encourage you to go ahead and print out these and put them in your resource binder. You will notice that some of the syllabi have links (to websites) so you may want to keep a digital copy as well. Nametags and Notebooks Please watch these two linked videos that will explain our nametags and notebooks.
Class Tag Visit the Apple Store or the Google Play store We will be using the app Class Tag for communication between Parents and Teachers. This week you will receive emails from each of your teachers inviting you to their respective class on the app. The invitations will be sent to the email we have on file for you. Please check your spam. All invitations will be sent by Thursday morning.
This app will allow our teachers to communicate with you and vice versa. Historically we have used Facebook but this has proved problematic on multiple levels. We feel the app will be a better solution for our communication needs.
Teachers: Do not panic about the app. Paige Williams will walk you through installation and set up at our Teacher Inservice meeting. PLEASE DO NOT SET UP YOUR CLASSES before the meeting.
Website We are excited to communicate more fully on our website. Make sure you are in the "Members Only" section to receive notifications and have access to all of our information. For new families: To open an account, simply click on “Log In” in the upper right hand corner of our website. Then the option “sign up” Be sure to use the email Ambulare has on file. If you have questions or are unable to access our members only portal, please email info@.
Payments You should have received an email with our payment schedule. We have divided the amount due over the 4 months that we meet. If there is ever a financial hardship, please come speak to us. We have options available. To pay, you may pay cash, check, Paypal (ambulare.me) or NEW THIS SEMESTER, Venmo (@AmbulareHC)! We prefer Venmo for the electronic payment options because the fees are smaller than PayPal. Please READ this blog post REGARDING the history curriculum. It's very important that you read this!
